Jason brings over 5+ years of small business management experience to China eCapital Partners, LLC. He has extensive experience managing teams across various cross-border markets including Asia, Europe, and South America. In addition to his roles in team management, Jason aims to build the profile of companies with viable and innovative marketing strategies. Having worked with some of the largest pharmaceuticals, automotive brands, and tech start startups in the industry, his forward-thinking approach emphasizes developing narratives that resonate with various audiences. Jason is based at China eCapital Partners, LLC Headquarters in Los Angeles, California.

Alex Han heads CEC Capital's events calendar and supports the US Office in a number of roles. She draws from over 10 years of diverse experience in corporate and academic settings as well as broad formal studies to bring creative and analytical thinking to her position. Alex holds a BA in Applied Cultural Anthropology from California State University Long Beach and studied organizational and developmental psychology at Santa Monica College. She enjoys floral and event design, cooking and rock climbing in her free time.

Brandon is an analyst in the healthcare group of China eCapital Partners, LLC based in San Francisco, California. His previous experience includes time at DCA Capital Partners, where he analyzed private equity transactions in the lower middle market. Brandon graduated cum laude from Saint Mary's College of California with a Bachelors of Science in Biochemistry. During college he worked as a lab researcher, investigating protein changes in neurons during dendrite growth; which later culminated in a publication. He is registered a registered representative (series 63 and 79 licenses).

Dan Chen brings to China eCapital Partners, LLC (“CEC Capital”) over 19 years of investment banking, private equity and corporate development experience in the technology, media and telecom (TMT) industries, and has been involved in over $5 billion in transactions during his career. Dan currently leads origination and execution of cross-border US – Asia M&A and capital raising mandates for clients in the Internet software and services space; and the telecom, media, and entertainment industries.
Dan was a managing director at Siemer & Associates prior to CEC Capital. He was also a member of the investment team at TPG Capital (TPG Asia), where he was involved on cross-border buyout and venture investments in the U.S. and Asia. Prior to Siemer & Associates, Dan was also Vice President in the media and software groups at Montgomery & Co., where
he was involved on a number of large M&A transactions
involving strategic acquirers such as Disney and WPP Group. He also led corporate development activities at a family office-backed holding company in Los Angeles focused on investments in the healthcare services and IT space.
Dan began his career in 1999 as a technology M&A banker at Merrill Lynch & Co. in New York and San Francisco. In his spare time, Dan enjoys being a part of the mentor team at Mucker Capital, advising tech and media entrepreneurs in the early stage startup ecosystem in Southern California and the Bay Area. Mr. Chen graduated from Yale University with a bachelor’s degree in economics. He is a registered General Securities Principal (Series 24) and Representative (Series 63 and 79 licenses) with FINRA/SIPC (formerly NASD).

Alice is an associate with China eCapital Partners, LLC (“CEC Capital”) and is based in Los Angeles. She has seven years’ working experience in the field of investment banking, strategy consulting, healthcare investment and venture capital. Prior to joining CEC Capital, she worked in the healthcare investment division of Legend Capital and Springs Capital. Before that, she worked as a project manager in Capital Healthcare Group and a senior associate in PwC Management consulting.
Alice holds an MBA from Yale School of Management and a BA in Management from Beijing Foreign Studies University. She is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and a registered General Securities Representative (Series 79 and 63 licenses) with FINRA/SIPC.

Tim Wang is an Analyst with China eCapital Partners, LLC (“CEC Capital”) and is based in Palo Alto. He brings several years of experience in cross-border investment banking and venture capital. He was previously with Infinity Venture Partners, where he examined and executed deals in the technology, media, and telecommunications spaces. Tim graduated from the University of Southern California with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. He is a registered General Securities Representative (Series 79 and 63 licenses) with FINRA/SIPC (formerly NASD).
